In case of payment via bank transfer the payment receipt must be submitted in TWO copies together with the visa application.<\/p>\n<p>The fee to be considered for the bank transfer is that of the day of submission of the visa application at the counter. E.g. on March 25th (first quarter) you book the appointment for April 1st (second quarter).
