IMPORTANT NEWS FOR THE STUDENTS REQUESTING PRE-ENROLLMENT IN ITALIAN UNIVERSITIESThe Student Office provides information and advice for enrolling in Italian Schools and Universities and issues the necessary declarations of value for degrees obtained at Schools and Universities of this consular jurisdiction. Once obtained the declarations of value the interested parties can:

- apply, with the relevant Italian Authorities, for the equivalence of primary and secondary schools with similar Italian qualifications;
- apply for enrolment in Italian schools and universities;
- apply for recognition of university studies in Italy;
- apply for scholarships awards.

For information on educational courses offered by Italian universities, Institutions of advanced artistic, musical and choreutic education (AFAM Institutions), you can visit the website "Study in Italy"  dedicated to foreign students who wish to study in Italy. The portal, available in Italian and English, provides all the useful information for choosing the academic path and contains several sections that explain the higher education system, university enrolment procedures and useful tips on daily life and first academic and bureaucratic fulfilments.

The portal joins the MIUR websites  "Studiare in Italia" and  "Universitaly" in which every year are reported the procedures for entry, stay and enrolment of international students to higher education courses at Universities and AFAM Institutions and for the registration to the admission tests related to the programmed access degree courses. Within the website "Studiare in Italia" you can find a search engine periodically updated with the entire range of study courses offered by the Italian universities / AFAM Institutions for a total of about 5,000 courses.

FOR STUDENTS REQUESTING PRE-ENROLMENT IN ITALIAN UNIVERSITIES AND AFAM INSTITUTIONS

Foreign students interested in enroling in Italian Universities must log in to the website Universitaly  in order to fill in the pre-enrolment application online, according to the Italian Ministry of Education (MUR)  regulations published on the website Studiare in Italia .

 

 FOR ALL STUDENTS

All students who have successfully completed the pre-enrolment procedure on the Universitaly website and who have obtained the validation from the University/AFAM, can submit the Study visa application to the Embassy of Italy in Beijing as per instructions posted on our website at this link .

Please note that in addition to the requirements for the study visa, students must also submit the output (Riepilogo) of the pre-enrolment application generated by the platform Universitaly and validated by the chosen University/AFAM, and, if requested by the University/AFAM, they also need to submit the original school/university degree, translated into Italian and legalized and the Declaration of Value, which can be substituted by the Diploma Supplement or ENIC-NARI certificates issued by CIMEA.
In the event that the Declaration of Value is requested by the academic institution, students must apply for it to this Student Office, even through UNI-ITALIA Office, before the submission of a study visa application by following the information posted on this link.
