Note: these procedures are subject to the current and future emergency provisions of the Italian Government and of the European Union regarding the prevention and containment of the COVID-19 virus epidemic (see link to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) .
Starting from 2020-2021 academic year, students interested in enrolling in Italian Universities must fill in the pre-enroll application online through the website Universitaly , as reported in the MUR regulations published in June 2020 on the website Studiare in Italia.
Once this procedure is completed and having obtained validation from the University, students can submit the Study visa application to the Embassy of Italy in Beijing as per instructions posted on our website at this link.
In addition to the documents required for the study visa, students must also submit the following documents:
- the output (Riepilogo) of the pre-enrollment application generated by the platform and validated by the chosen University,
- the original study degree (Notarial Certificate), translated in Italian and legalized, or the Declaration of Value if requested by the University. In this case students must apply for the Declaration of Value from this Student Office before the submission of a study visa application.
