Between 21 and 24 September, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economic Development Antonello Giacomelli visited Beijing at the head of a delegation made up of representatives of RAI, ANICA, APT, UNIVIDEO and the Department of Information and Publishing of the Italian Premier’s Office.
During the visit Undersecretary Giacomelli held meetings with Vice Minister Tian Jin of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT) as well as with some important entities from the fields of communication, media and audiovisual (CNR, CCTV, CRI and Wanda Films), with the aim of establishing closer cooperation ties between Italy and China in these areas.
The Undersecretary’s mission continued in Shanghai, where he met with top managers of Huawei, Dragon TV and Shanghai Media Group.
